Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

At Wall Ready Canvas, we have a great team that works hard to manufacture and complete your order by hand with the highest quality. Once you place your order, our teams begins the process of creating your unique canvas.

In order to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Any cancellation requests after the 24 hour period will not be accepted.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive your order and it is damaged or broken, we will gladly replace your items.

If you receive the wrong canvas, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost to you!

Please report the damage within 2 days of receiving the item(s) by contacting us at support@wallreadycanvas.com, and we will send you a replacement. 

REFUNDS

Due to our canvases being made to order and shipping due to the size of the items, we do not provide refunds on any orders. 

Any damaged items will be replaced, as noted above.
